International Shipping

All the Gemstones are shipped from Sri Lanka or Australia. A tracking number will be given for you to track the shipment. The shipment will be delivered within 7-20 working days. Items valued at USD130/- or less will be shipped by registered post and those exceeding that amount will be shipped by priority mail with insurance. Alternatively, we can FedEx the shipment, but it will cost USD80/-. Also if you have a FedEx account, you can send us your account details and we charge USD50/-only for handling and insurance. You can pay the shipping charges directly to FedEx.

*Please note that a signature is required for delivery. We suggest having your parcel shipped to your workplace if no one is home during the day to sign for your delivery.

If you leave special delivery instructions you are authorizing the couriers to leave a parcel without a signature. We cannot accept claims for loss or damage in these cases. If no one is home to sign for your parcel it will be delivered to the nearest post office.

We usually ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of the full payment. Every item is shipped with an invoice and a brief appraisal. If you need any item to be couriered, you have to make a request and pay an additional sum specified by us. Orders will usually be delivered within 1-4 weeks anywhere in the world.
