We guarantee to sell high quality natural gemstones. We hold a valid licence from the Sri Lanka National Gem & Jewellery Authority and we are a registered company in the USA. We are also a member of the prestigious International Gem Society (Membership#102960).
Since we sell our items online, an item shown as available might be bought by someone else and become unavailable at short notice. We therefore reserve the right to cancel any order that we cannot fulfill. We will always endeavor to offer you an alternate item of comparable quality.
We collect our online payments through PayPal or Google Checkout. You can make payment using any major credit card. Payment links are highly secure and all your personal information will be transmitted via secure channels. We usually accept only US Dollars but if you cannot pay by US Dollars, please contact us. When using Google Checkout, please send us the item numbers and we will send you a Google Checkout invoice.
We ensure the highest security of your personal information. Whenever you submit sensitive information, it will be transmitted securely. Your personal information will not be given or sold to third parties for profit or otherwise. Such information will be stored in our databases for only as long as necessary. However, we use your contact information to send you our promotional material. If you do not wish to receive such material, please inform us by email.
We charge US$35/- for shipping, handling and insurance via EMS/USPS. A tracking number will be given for you to track the shipment. The shipment will be delivered within 5 working days. Alternatively, we can FedEx the shipment, but it will cost USD160/-. Also if you have a FedEx account, you can send us your account details and we charge USD 30/-only for handling and insurance. You can pay the shipping charges directly to FedEx.

We offer a 7-day money back guarantee for all items. This warranty covers defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. For a full refund or exchange, merchandise must be sent within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition and in the original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase and the appraisal. We charge a handling fee of US$50/- when returning items. To return merchandise, please email us at refunds@ceygems.com with your order number.
We will not accept returns due to misrepresentation of colour as the exact colour of the stone cannot be produced in photographs. Colours may also vary depending on your monitor's graphics settings, display adapter, age, defects, etc.
For all our items we provide a free brief appraisal from the Sri Lanka Gem & Jewellery Authority. For each item priced at more than USD 600/-, we send a free full appraisal certificate from the Sri Lanka Gem & Jewellery Authority. If you need a full certificate for any item below that value, you have to make a request and pay us an additional USD 15/-.
We send purchased items only after full payment has been made. We accept the following payment methods:

All US checks & bank drafts should be made payable to 'WonderSpinners Inc'. The amount should be US Dollars.
If you are sending us wire transfers, please contact us for our bank details. You can pay our Sri Lankan or USA bank.
Phone, Fax, and Mail Payments
We accept payments by phone 800-765-1934, fax 775-317-1235 or email order@ceygems.com to be processed through the Virtual Terminal. This facility is for customers that do not want to waste time filling in order and payment forms. They can simply order items by giving us the item number(s) and credit card details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
We usually ship all items within 48 hours of receipt of the full payment. Every item is shipped with an invoice and a brief appraisal via EMS/USPS. If you need any item to be couriered, you have to make a request and pay an additional sum specified by us. We will not courier/ship any items to PO Box numbers. We need a valid phone number for safe delivery.
Orders will usually be delivered within 1-2 weeks anywhere in the world.
All our products are 100% natural - we do not deal in diffusion, synthetic or any kind of man-made stone.
The images on our website have not been enhanced to show a different quality. All pictures you see are raw photographs of the gemstone. However, the picture size does not represent the actual size and it is usually magnified.

We will personally deliver items to any address within Colombo city limits. We also arrange for customers to visit our premises and inspect any item before purchase on special request made in advance.
